Set your Dates

Select the exact dates you want registration to start and end. This is the period when teams or individuals will be able to sign up for your program. After registration is Active status which is the time period when you will schedule your games.

Select Exclusive vs Non Exclusive

Looking to host something a little more exclusive? Use the exclusive program setting to send private invites to a select group of your closest contacts. On the flip side, if you are looking to maximize your registration numbers you can create a non exclusive program. Non Exclusive programs will be available on the open marketplace for any customer or club to register.

Select Facility and Resource

If you run multiple facilities, you will be able to select from any one of your facilities that you wish to run this program out of. After selecting your facility you will be prompted to select a resource size. The resource size and facility will be used to show you the available space that you can schedule the program on.

Create Divisions

Create Divisions based on age, gender, skill level and available registration spots or ensure that you can provide your customers with a competitive environment. Based on the parameters that you set it will only allow individuals or teams that meet the criteria to register for that specific division.
