Your Natty Hatty ID and all Natty Hatty services are designed from the ground up to protect your privacy. We work hard to collect only the data we need to make your experience better. When we do collect data, we believe it’s important for you to know what we’re collecting and why we need it, so you can make informed choices.
A Natty Hatty ID is the personal account you use to access Natty Hatty services like Customer Platform, Support Platform and Blog Platform. Your Natty Hatty ID includes the information you use to sign in, as well as all the contact, payment, and security details.
When you sign in with your Natty Hatty ID you will enable services such as Registering for programs, and teams, transactions and other account related information. Your Natty Hatty ID account information will be used with each service, which will generate analytics information that may be used to maintain and improve those services. Additionally, certain data from your account, including your selected profile photo, your account members, calendars, photos, documents, and other portal data, will be sent to Natty Hatty to store and back up.
Signing in to Natty Hatty
When you use Natty Hatty, all your data and activity progress you make on Natty Hatty Customer Platform or other Natty Hatty online Platforms will be automatically sent to and stored by Natty Hatty. This allows you to access your data on all your devices or computers (“devices”) automatically.
Natty Hatty Data Security
Natty Hatty protects your information by encrypting it when it’s in transit, storing it in Natty Hatty in an encrypted format, and using secure tokens for authentication.
Both Natty Hatty and third-party data centers may be used to store and process your data. When processing data stored in a third-party data center, encryption keys are accessed by Natty Hatty software running on secure servers, and only while conducting the necessary processing.
Natty Hatty and Service Partners
All service partners use Natty Hatty to store data and content you provide to them, so you can access the data across all your internet based devices. Service Partners can request to look you up, so that other users of that Platform can see your first and last name when they access roster information, program information and emergency contact information. In some cases we may also share other vital information that is required by them to provide relevant service you may have purchased from them.
Signing Out of Natty Hatty
If you want to stop using Natty Hatty on your device, you can sign out of Natty Hatty by going to [Profile Picture] and tapping logout.
Communicating with You
Natty Hatty may use information about your account, such as the Natty Hatty products you purchase, and your subscriptions to Natty Hatty services, to send you communications about Natty Hatty and other products, services, and offers that may be of interest to you. If you are part of a Family, Natty Hatty may send you communications about products, services, and offers available to you through Family. We may also send you communications about the features of each of the services for which you have subscribed.
Email Marketing
You may receive these communications by email, if you consent to receive email marketing. You can change your email preferences and opt out of receiving these emails by clicking on unsubscribe at the bottom of these emails.
Push Notifications
You may also receive these communications by push notification. To update your notification preferences or to opt out of notifications by referring to your device settings.
Family Sharing
Family Sharing lets you share certain content, subscriptions and purchases among family members. If you are a part of a family you have three different ID access available to you. In an individual account everyone is an admin by default. If you choose to start a family you will be an admin by default. You may remove yourself as an admin of the family by assigning a new member of the family as an admin. At a given time there has to be at least one admin in the family.
If you are an Admin, you may choose to invite another person to your group. You may choose to assign a role of Admin, Member or a Child while sending an invitation to the person. If the person is part of another family you may be unable to send them an invitation.
If you are an Admin,
You will have access to all Programs, Teams, Calendars, Financials, Bookings and Account Information for all other Admins, Members and Child Accounts in your family group.
You will be able to register all Admins, Members and Child Accounts for New Programs, accept or reject all their Program Invites, manage all their program requests and edit any program other Admins, Members and Child Accounts may be registered for.
You will be able to register all Admins, Members and Child Accounts for New Teams, accept or reject all their Team Invites, manage all their Team requests and request to leave any team for any other Admins, Members and Child Accounts.
You will be able to view all calendar events for Admins, Members and Child Accounts. You will also be able to view and choose to delete any previous pending requests you or other Admins, Members and Child Accounts may have requested.
You will be able to view all financial information for all Admins, Members and Child Accounts. You will also be able to pay any delinquent invoices you may have for other Admins, Members and Child Accounts.
You will be able to view and book any bookings for all other Admin, Member and Child Accounts. You will also be able to accept or reject any booking invitations you may have from for all Admins, Members and Child Accounts.
You will be able to view all account information such as Name, Phone Number, Graduation Year, Email address, Date of Birth, Gender, Account type, Guardian and Clothing size, Access Birth Certificates, View list of other Admins, Members and Child accounts in the family group, view received and sent invitations, view payment information for family group, and view all the activity happening in the family.
You will also be able to edit certain information regarding other member and Child accounts. For example, you will be able to edit their phone number, graduation year, assign them as guardian, change guardian status. You may further be able to add, update or remove payment methods for the family group. If you choose to remove all sources of payment methods in your account, your current and future invoices may become delinquent, our service partners may stop providing services and in some cases your case may be escalated to collections for remaining unpaid dues.
You will be able to view notifications for other Admin, Member and Child Accounts in a limited capacity. For example, you will not receive notification about game reminders for other Admins, Members and Child Accounts in your ID.
If you are a Member,
You will be able to only view all Programs, Teams, Calendars, Bookings and Account Information for all other Admins, Members and Child Accounts in your family group.
You will be able to view all New Programs, view Program Invites for all other other Admins, Members and Child accounts, view all their program requests and view any program other Admins, Members and Child Accounts may be registered for.
You will be able to view all New Teams, View all Team Invites for all Admins, Members and Child Accounts, view all their Team requests and view requests to leave any team for any other Admins, Members and Child Accounts.
You will be able to view all calendar events for Admins, Members and Child Accounts. You will also be able to view any previous pending requests you or other Admins, Members and Child Accounts may have requested.

Most of the activity you perform using your Natty Hatty ID will create an event in the activity section in your accounts page. You can access your family activity by navigating to your profile picture > Activities.
Payment Methods and using Natty Hatty Credits
To make purchases from Customer Platform and other Natty Hatty online Platforms, you must add a valid payment method to your Natty Hatty ID. To add a payment method on Customer Portal, go to [Your Profile Picture]> My Account > Wallet, tap Add New, and add relevant payment details. You may add payment details by manually entering information. Natty Hatty collects and stores the payment method details that you provide, including account number and expiration date, to carry out your purchases, comply with law, and to prevent fraud. You may also provide Natty Hatty with a billing address, which may be used for marketing and analytics purposes, as well as to comply with law and prevent fraud.
When you use a payment card, Natty Hatty may retain and automatically update your card number and billing information for future purchases, recurring transactions, or other uses you authorize. Natty Hatty may obtain this information from your financial institution or payment network, and also use it for fraud prevention and verification.
Natty Hatty Credits are linked to your Natty Hatty ID and can be redeemed by purchasing services from the provider that may have issued you the credits. You may view more information on Natty Hatty Credits and Privacy on www.nattyhatty.com/legal/privacy/nattyhatty-credits.
To improve your experience with payment methods and Natty Hatty Credits, Natty Hatty may collect certain data about your interactions, including your clicks and taps, with your Natty Hatty ID account payment settings.
Usage Data
We also collect data on your use of Natty Hatty Customer Platform or other Natty Hatty Online Platforms to provide and improve the quality of the service. To help address customer issues if they arise, some of this data may be associated with your Natty Hatty ID. We may use your IP address to determine the city and country from which you are accessing the service, but we do not retain it.
Data Retention
Where you make a purchase such as a subscription, we retain personal data associated with your purchase for the periods specified by applicable laws relating to financial reporting, which vary by region. For most customers, that requires at least a 10-year retention period, but in regions such as China that period can be 30 years. We may also retain a record of your interactions with Natty Hatty-related services. These records are typically stored for 30 days but may be stored for up to three years in an aggregated form, unless we are required by law or legal process to store them for a longer period.
