When you use Natty Hatty Credits in platforms, information necessary to process the payment is shared with our partners.
Your actual transaction data that can no longer be tied to you may be used by Natty Hatty to improve Natty Hatty Credits System and other Natty Hatty products and services.
Natty Hatty Credits allow you to receive money from businesses and make direct payments to eligible businesses. Making business to person and person to business payments and using Natty Hatty Credits.
Natty Hatty Credits allows you to send and receive money from other businesses in the Customer Platform and other Natty Hatty online Platforms. When you receive money, it’s added to your Wallet that can be used to make purchases at an eligible business location, and on our online Customer Platform.
Information Shared When You Use Natty Hatty Credits
When you use Natty Hatty Credits, including when you receive money from our partners. We may use and store information about you to process the transaction, prevent fraud, and comply with financial regulations. This information is similar to that processed when you add a credit or debit card. We may also share information with our partners for fraud prevention and to help provide you with support.
Natty Hatty will store and use your transaction data for troubleshooting, to prevent fraud, and to comply with financial regulations once a transaction is completed.
When you request a refund or specifically Natty Hatty Credits in Customer Platform or at an eligible partner location, your Natty Hatty ID, email address, or phone number will be shown to the business you transact with.
Natty Hatty Credits Family
When you are a part of a family only admins may use any transactional features on the Customer Platform including Natty Hatty Credits System.
Admins and guardians as listed on Customer Platform will also be able to view the balance and full transaction history for a member account or child account, including amounts, dates, and entities or business transacted with. Additional transaction details may also be shown if available, such as detailed information about the transaction in the invoice section.

Natty Hatty retains personal data only for so long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including as described in this notice and in accordance with Natty Hatty's Privacy Policy, or as required by law. When assessing retention periods, we first carefully examine whether it is necessary to retain the personal data collected and, if retention is required, work to retain the personal data for the shortest period permissible under law.
