Natty Hatty's advertising platform is designed to protect your information and give you control over how we use your information. Our advertising platform doesn't share personal data with third parties.
Ads that are delivered by Natty Hatty's advertising platform may appear on the Customer Platform and other Natty Hatty online Platforms. Natty Hatty's advertising platform does not share user or device data with data brokers.
Contextual Information
Contextual information may be used to serve ads to you, such as:
- Device information
Your browser settings, screen size, device type and OS version.
- Service Location
If Location Services are used in the Customer Platform and other Natty Hatty online Platforms to access your location, your approximate location may be used to serve you geographically relevant ads. Natty Hatty’s advertising platform does not construct profiles from your location, and does not use or store your precise location.
- Customer Platform
Your query when you perform a search, and information about the page you are viewing may be used to serve you a relevant ad.
Segments
We create segments to deliver personalized ads on the Customer Platform and other Natty Hatty online Platforms. Segments are groups of people who share similar characteristics. Information about you may be used to determine which segments you’re assigned to, and thus, which ads you receive. To protect your privacy, personalized ads are delivered only if more than 50 people meet the targeting criteria selected by an advertiser.
We may use information such as the following to assign you to segments:
- Account Information
Your name, address, age, gender, and family ID registered to your Natty Hatty ID account. Information such as your first name and gender in your Natty Hatty ID registration page. You can update your account information on the Natty Hatty ID website.
- Purchases & Subscriptions
The programs, teams, bookings, rentals and all other purchases and subscriptions may be used to derive segments.
- Advertising
Your interactions with ads delivered by Natty Hatty's advertising platform.
When selecting which ad to display from multiple ads for which you are eligible, we may use some of the above-mentioned information, as well as your Customer Platform searches and browsing activity, to determine which ad is likely to be most relevant to you. Customer Platform browsing activity includes the content and products you tap and view while browsing the Customer Platform. This information is aggregated across users so that it does not identify you.
Natty Hatty's advertising platform receives information about the ads you tap and view against a random identifier not tied to your Natty Hatty ID.
Natty Hatty does not share any personal data with third parties. We make certain non-personal data available to our advertisers and strategic partners that work with Natty Hatty to provide our products and services, help Natty Hatty market to customers, and sell ads on Natty Hatty’s behalf. No Natty Hatty Credit or other transactions data is accessible to Natty Hatty’s advertising platform, or is used for advertising purposes. Natty Hatty does not know or make available to advertisers information about your sexual orientation, religious beliefs, or political affiliations.
Advertising Preferences
About This Ad
To understand why a specific ad was shown to you on the Customer Platform and other Natty Hatty online Platforms, tap the Ad button on the ad. This will present the segments and other data, such as demographic information, that were used to determine which ad you received.
Ad Targeting Information
All ad targeting information is derived from everything you choose to provide us. If you believe information about you is inaccurate, you can update your Natty Hatty ID account information.
Location-Based Ads
If you use the Customer Platform and other Natty Hatty online Platforms location service, Natty Hatty's advertising platform may use the approximate current location of your device or your chosen zip code location to provide you with geographically targeted ads.
You can opt out of location-based functionality including for advertising by choosing not to provide us with your address information. You may also turn off your current location services by referring to your device privacy settings.
Natty Hatty's advertising platform does not receive location-based information when you turn off Location Services on your device.
Personalized Ads
Natty Hatty's advertising platform may use your information to serve ads that are more relevant to you on the Customer Platform and other Natty Hatty online Platforms. The degree of personalization of ads depends on the amount of information you choose to provide us in your accounts section. If you choose not to provide us with information, It may not decrease the number of ads you receive, but the ads may be less relevant to you.
The Personalized Ads option may be unavailable if you are a minor, or are in a location where Natty Hatty does not deliver advertising to its portals.
Preventing Fraud and Other Malicious Activity
To help identify and prevent fraud and other malicious activity within ads, Natty Hatty’s advertising platform may use information about your searches on the Customer Platform, the ads you view and tap, and the products you purchase from ads. This information is collected against a random identifier not tied to your Natty Hatty ID.
At all times, information collected by Natty Hatty will be treated in accordance with Natty Hatty's Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.nattyhatty.com/legal/privacy.
